Tian of crayfish tails and prawns, topped with a rich crab pate, served with mixed leaves and toasted ciabatta.

Roasted cherry tomato and basil soup with a quenelle of chilled ricotta and pesto cheese.

Slow roasted pork spare ribs smothered in a rich smoky barbeque sauce.

Creamy taleggio cheese in a crisp polenta crumb, served with a port and cranberry compote, on a bed of mixed leaves.

Secondi

Slow roasted boneless duck with fresh sage and forest mushrooms, in a rich marsala wine sauce

Fillet of sea bass in a fresh cream and Prosecco wine sauce with crayfish and prawns, perfumed with saffron and herbs.

Flame grilled chicken breast topped with melting Taleggio, mozzarella and parmesan cheese served on a smoked pancetta and cherry tomato sauce.

All of the above are served with a choice of either seasonal vegetables and new potatoes, side salad or chips.

Handkerchiefs of pasta filled with Italian cheese and pears, tossed in a light cream sauce with calvados brandy topped with toasted walnuts, served with a baby leaf salad and garlic ciabatta.
